The MiBody has been designed with this in mind to help the user understand the total health status of their body and keep track of changes over weeks and months, a feature that is especially important to those on a diet or training for a particular event like a marathon or triathlon. The MiBody Analyser Scale comes with a 12-user memory and can store up to 30 results per user. Simply transfer your health data from the MiBody Analyser Scale to your PC using the USB stick (included) and view your stats and chart your progress using the easy-to-use MiBody software (also included), compatible with Windows 2000, XP and Vista. The MiBody Analyser Scale features a large easy to read LCD display and with its toughened safety glass platform offers a maximum weight capacity of 31st 6lb (equivalent to 200kg or 440lb). The MiBody comes complete with 3 fitness levels so is ideal for anyone about to embark on a diet or exercise programme for the first time, right up to the serious fitness fanatic who wants to know their body's make up inside and out and compete on a serious level. Reviews

The scale is very accurate and I like the fact that it gives you information that not many other scales provide on body fat, body muscle and body water. I`ve been using it for a few months now and it`s been very reliable: it reflected the progressive fat tissue reduction and muscle gain since I`ve been working out consistently and it also indicates when I have water retention periods. If you`re trying to lose weight it helps a lot psychologically to know all this information as opposed to just your total weight. If you`re using it on a carpet make sure to use the little feet that come with it.

Great product, great results, does exactly what it says. Needs an occasional look at the manual to use it's non intuitive interface.

I don't want to discourage anyone and I don't like to write reviews (and less if they are negative) but I think I should share my (twice) negative experience with everyone...in case you suffer the shame problem. I bought one of these scales and found it alright, couldn't be bothered to do all the applications so I cannot really comment on that but it weighted OK...but if you are going to be lazy like me better spend less in a simpler scale. After 10months of mainly weighting myself it started weighting less around 4/5kgs less... I managed to get it exchanged at Argos (what I bought it) and the 2nd one...after roughly the shame time.... is weighting 3-6kgs less again!!!!!!!!!!!!! I really cannot believe, maybe it's my bad luck, but I've just used it to weight myself a few times a week (not even every day!) and it's always on the shame place on a flat surface... so I don't believe it's my fault at all... I hope you have better luck with yours... but I'm definitively not going to push my luck a 3rd time, I'll just get a simpler trustworthier one...

Like other users, my USB stick came with a virus on it - and the customer services responded with a reply that wasn't very helpful or apologetic. Very slack and somewhat surprising from a company such as Salter. In fact, their attitude to the fact they're sending out their USB drives with malicious files on them is pretty negligent. The software doesn't seem to run on Windows 7, although I'm sure there's a way round that. The scales themselves are fine, it's just a shame that they've made such a mess of the rest of it. Would I recommend them to others...if there is an alternative at a similar price, then I'd say go for that instead.

I've had this scale for 35 days now and wish I'd sent it back when problems first started happening. Amazon apparently have a 30 day cut off period after which ?????? It is impossible to turn on without having to reprogram any "User" you have previously programmed: making it impossible to use any "Memory Function". It has a terrible screen: not back lit, so it is impossible to read. The feet fall off it all the time. Uses 6xAA Cell batteries, so that will be expensive to replace. It has now taken to displaying my weight and then going from: "88 88 88" to "oo oo oo" to "Err" where it is supposed to tell me my BMI, %Fat, %Muscle. I am embarrassed to own this product, and shall upgrade at the weekend to a "Tesco Value" scale. Save your money.
